Through this business unit, marhnos® identifies, evaluates, structures, and manages social infrastructure projects that allow Building Well-being for the Peruvian communities that need it most. With an infrastructure that provides excellent services, from roads, hospitals, museums, and public schools to government administrative offices, marhnos® offers different options for the development, equipment, and maintenance of the infrastructure that the Peruvian people need.

Considering the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals, marhnos® offers the opportunity to establish alliances to achieve well-being objectives through the development of innovative infrastructure for the construction of sustainable cities and communities.

Active Projects

High-Performance Schools

Project for the Ministry of Education that consists of the design, financing, construction, equipment, operation, and maintenance of 3 high-performance schools (COAR, acronym in Spanish) located in the central area of Peru. The complementary services of these projects include accommodation, food, cleaning, laundry, and security, for 300 students per school, in an area of approximately 48 thousand m², while the State focuses on what matters most: the management and quality of education and pedagogical services.

He has more than 18 years of experience in the infrastructure, construction and real estate sector as Director of Administration and International Infrastructure at marhnos®. He graduated in Public Accounting from the Panamerican University México, has an Executive MBA from the IPADE in Mexico, is a specialist in taxes and international taxes from ITAM-DUKE and has studies in Administration from ESADE in Spain.
