Eclipse at Oak Lawn

In alliance with Sentinel Capital, marhnos® participated in the acquisition, investment, remodeling, and asset management of this 77-apartment building located in one of the fastest-growing and most interesting submarkets in Dallas. Its proximity to the financial center of the city and the variety of services and entertainment points, as well as a strategic amenity package and a design attached to middle-income people, have contributed to the success of the property.

Eclipse on Hufsmith

In alliance with Sentinel Capital, marhnos® participates in the development of a new project with 168 apartments and a package of amenities focused on well-being. The eclectic design combines the area's “country-Texan” character with a contemporary one. The responsible consumption of energy and water, as well as passive design strategies, are central in the conception of this project and contribute to the savings of our tenants, as well as to the sustainable development of our planet.

Casas Unicas – Dallas, TX

As the first project for the real estate investment platform Multi-Tex F1 (MTF1) and in conjunction with Sentinel Capital, marhnos® contributes to the acquisition, investment, remodeling and asset management of this 56-home project. Located in northeast Dallas, with access to parks and infrastructure for a high quality of life such as great connectivity to important job centers, this development offers a very attractive and affordable alternative to living. Like all MTF1 properties, Casas Unicas is geared towards achieving substantial ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) attributes.

Our Leaders

Alfonso Creixell Castañeda

Graduated from the Industrial Engineering degree at the Metropolitan Autonomous University [Mexico], specializing in Finance; He also has a Master's Degree in Sustainable Business from the University of the Environment [Mexico]. In 1994 he joined Grupo Tribasa as Director of Finance, where he was in charge of corporate issues and infrastructure projects. In 1999 he joined Banco Interacciones, where he served as director of infrastructure and public works projects. Since 2013, he joined marhnos® to take care of infrastructure projects in the Public Private Buildings modality in Mexico; in 2020, he was assigned as head of highway projects for Latin America.
